Organizing a party?
Do you want to organize an activity for more than 250 people? Then you need a permit. For example, for a neighborhood party, student party, or sports tournament. Such (small) events impact public spaces: they create more crowds, which means more people and more noise.
Start early; you must apply for the permit at least eight weeks in advance! And make sure you submit the documents correctly and completely to avoid delays or rejection.
Activity or event for fewer than 250 people = report
For activities with/for fewer than 250 people, you only need to report the activity (click to report immediately) to the municipality. Please note: conditions apply. You can also find the conditions on this page of the municipality's website.
