Looking for a GP? You can register at any GP, but as a student in The Hague you can also choose to get care from general practitioners (GP) for students: The Student Doctors and Shams. Why? Because the number of students in The Hague continues to grow. And as a student you sometimes have specific health questions. Before receiving care you will need to register with your personal details, a Dutch healthcare insurance and your citizen service number (BSN). Do you prefer a doctor near where you live? Then you can of course register with another general practitioner.
If you choose to register with a student GP, you can check out these options:
The Student Doctors
The general practitioner at The Student Doctors does things a little differently. You have direct contact with the general practitioner, there is no assistant. You can get a consult by telephone, via a video call or via the app. Want to come by? Then you can at Nieuwe Uitleg 29, The Hague.
