Noordeinde Palace

The king of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander, and his wife Máxima have their working palace at Noordeinde. This palace has a beautiful backyard that is open to the public: the Palace Garden. Boot camps and cozy picnics are organised here. At the pond it is nice and cool on warm days. On the third Tuesday of September, the golden carriage brings the king and queen from this palace to the Ridderzaal, where the king reads his yearly speech to the people.
